I used to have doubts about breaking free from the typical 9-to-5 job. Why did I have these doubts? It was because of survival. I did not want to miss out on money that could be used to pay the bills and find myself out on the streets. Why did I not want to be on the streets? Because the streets or in an uncomfortable place.
After several years I ended up on the streets for a couple of months. During that time frame I realize that this was one of the best moments of my life. Not because I didn’t have a roof over my head, but because I had something to work with. I was backed into the corner and it was only a matter of time until I decided that enough was enough.
I try to bring people into my circle of wealth and I started seeing how they would just use the system for their own advantage. There were no real contributions that helped everybody as a whole. I started realizing that the only thing that was holding me back from success, was myself.
I began filling my mind with information on sales, doing the right thing, and building confidence.
I listen to podcasts from various people who have been through situations far worse than my own.
I started realizing that these people are no different than myself. They just happen to take extra steps to make it to the level they are are now.
My goal was to obtain the mindset that they have and apply it to my system, and that I did.
After seeing results I wanted to share my philosophy with others without having to take money out of their pockets. I wanted to create a book that could be obtained for the low-cost but not an out rages cost is going to set you back.
As I had learned through the Podcasts that if you help as many people as you can you will eventually help yourself in the long run. If you focus on the value of the product or service and not the monetary value, you will be able to excel the expectations embedded in your mindset.
I realize that my value starts with myself. If I view my value as gold then the stuff around me might decrease my value, depending on who is in my circle.
I started noticing that certain people were just disrespecting to the fullest. If I would ask them to act decent, they would just see right through my request and continue doing what they were doing. I Saw it as negativity stepping all over my positive goals. I would give these people multiple chances and they would come with the same issues. Not that I am trying to change anybody, but there are certain levels of respect the need to be displayed. I basically drop the deadweight and picked up some quality people. Dropping the losers and picking up some winners.
I started doing the right thing by following the rules, and my mindset felt so much better. Doing what I say I am going to do and not falling through with excuses. When I look into the mindset of some of the deadweight that was following me around, I realize that all they were doing is making up excuses. There is no saving these people if they cannot save themselves.
Eventually the ones who are not doing the right thing weeded themselves out. A simple request of asking them to show up on time, and they can’t do it. They basically missed the bus on their opportunity.
I started thinking, how hard could it be? If they want to get money, follow the rules. Stop bringing me down in the process, and contribute to the table. Instead of taking for the table, work can you bring? Besides yourself and your selfish motives?
They say in sales you have to ask the right questions in order to figure out how you can provide value. The same is applied to communication with anybody. If your workers not up to par with your expectations, perhaps ask them what’s going on with in their life might make all the difference. You never know what a person is going through, but don’t let their issues bring down your production.
So with this transformation I discovered that I could get a lot more done without having any setbacks occur. It’s kind a like receiving a notification to your phone. You don’t have to break focus, if you simply do not have the sound on or vibration on. You will still receive the notification a matter what. If you have to constantly look down at each notification, you will find after an hour your focus has been broken 10 times. The same is happening with priorities and getting tasks completed. If I didn’t have to wait around for somebody being late, I can simply be applying my time to post an ad for expansion in another city. I could be on the job myself doing the work alone, earning all of the pay. I realize that the time that I put aside to help somebody else had been violated. I was given multiple chances, and getting trampled on multiple times. So with a mindset of survival, I felt I had to get rid of these types of line sets and focus on the ones who really need the assistance.
Don’t give me wrong, there are challenges in life. You will never escape challenges. You’ll find other people who attempt to bring you down, but it ultimately boils down to you. Are you willing to open the door to allow that to happen? Or are you going to be able to identify it ahead of time, and steer clear of the situation before it affects you and your business production? Sometimes it takes the experience to understand.
Even creating books, I have learned that many people put their life lessons in words. They do this so others can read their situation, if they are in a similar situation, and avoid making the same mistakes without the experience. It’s almost like a training guide to avoiding mistakes in a particular niche.
Books and life experiences are basically lessons that are not taught in school. I see just a person reads as much as they can on the subject said they are trying to get skilled up in. Read books, articles, blog posts, interview people who have been in that business, and basically educate yourself to the point that you become an expert. Even those who pay for college are working on a slightly lower level than the one to get out there and self teach themselves. After you self teach yourself think about getting a coach. The coach will guide you far more than any teacher that is appointed by the government. A coach understands what it takes to get you to the next level, knows how to get to the next level, and does it not just for the financial side of it but to increase their skills as a coach.

I started thinking, how hard could it be? If they want to get money, follow the rules. Stop bringing me down in the process, and contribute to the table. Instead of taking for the table, work can you bring? Besides yourself and your selfish motives?
They say in sales you have to ask the right questions in order to figure out how you can provide value. The same is applied to communication with anybody. If your workers not up to par with your expectations, perhaps ask them what’s going on with in their life might make all the difference. You never know what a person is going through, but don’t let their issues bring down your production.
So with this transformation I discovered that I could get a lot more done without having any setbacks occur. It’s kind a like receiving a notification to your phone. You don’t have to break focus, if you simply do not have the sound on or vibration on. You will still receive the notification a matter what. If you have to constantly look down at each notification, you will find after an hour your focus has been broken 10 times. The same is happening with priorities and getting tasks completed. If I didn’t have to wait around for somebody being late, I can simply be applying my time to post an ad for expansion in another city. I could be on the job myself doing the work alone, earning all of the pay. I realize that the time that I put aside to help somebody else had been violated. I was given multiple chances, and getting trampled on multiple times. So with a mindset of survival, I felt I had to get rid of these types of line sets and focus on the ones who really need the assistance.
Don’t give me wrong, there are challenges in life. You will never escape challenges. You’ll find other people who attempt to bring you down, but it ultimately boils down to you. Are you willing to open the door to allow that to happen? Or are you going to be able to identify it ahead of time, and steer clear of the situation before it affects you and your business production? Sometimes it takes the experience to understand.
Even creating books, I have learned that many people put their life lessons in words. They do this so others can read their situation, if they are in a similar situation, and avoid making the same mistakes without the experience. It’s almost like a training guide to avoiding mistakes in a particular niche.
Books and life experiences are basically lessons that are not taught in school. I see just a person reads as much as they can on the subject said they are trying to get skilled up in. Read books, articles, blog posts, interview people who have been in that business, and basically educate yourself to the point that you become an expert. Even those who pay for college are working on a slightly lower level than the one to get out there and self teach themselves. After you self teach yourself think about getting a coach. The coach will guide you far more than any teacher that is appointed by the government. A coach understands what it takes to get you to the next level, knows how to get to the next level, and does it not just for the financial side of it but to increase their skills as a coach.

I am currently looking for improvement within the lives of our youth. From the ages of 15 years old to 30 years old many people do not obtain the skills in order to apply for jobs, pay their bills on time, or create opportunityy to wear other people could benefit.
I have been training people for the past 10 years with obtaining the ability to connect with modern day technology and improve their lives.
